Ain’t no sunshine shortage here. El Jimador tequila, Chambord, sweet and sour fruit juice and ginger beer give this cocktail its smooth and sophisticated flavours.

The Copacabana
A twist on the classic mojito, made with apple vanilla vodka, topped with Liquor 43, served long.
The Leblon
A unique flavored, well balanced cocktail. Bombay Sapphire Gin, St Germain, pear and lime juice shaken, served long over crushed ice.
The Botafogo
An elegant twist on the classic whisky sour. Jack Daniels, lemon and apple juice are shaken with maple syrup, served in a rocks glass and garnished with fresh lemon.
